Misted up windows?
Condensation on the outside panes of your windows is normal and shows that your double glazing is working as it should, keeping the cold out. However, if you’re noticing that there’s condensation in between your glass panes, this means that the seals have failed. You might just be able to have the glass units replaced or need the whole window done but afterwards you’ll notice a vast difference in the warmth of your room as well as less outside noise.
Leaky windows?
Is water leaking through? Sometimes water sitting at the bottom of the frame could be due to condensation but if water is coming in through the frame, the watertight seals could be damaged. It could also mean that the drainage is blocked, a quick clean will sort this out.
